Alyssa Faith FD Presented With Champion of Preserving the Planet Award

Congratulations to Alyssa Faith FD on her well-deserved Award as Champion of Preserving the Environmental at the recent Child of Wales Awards ceremony in Swansea Arena, South Wales.

Alyssa is a friend of our group and a role model for the younger generation. Using discarded crisp packets, she has completed over 500 blankets for homeless shelters so far. She also conducts workshops from home on making blankets and has expanded her initiative to include the provision of survival packages.

The Friends of the Ffrith group extend sincere thanks to Alyssa for all she has done in the Ffrith Community Park over the years including dog poop dispensers, litter picking, watering plants, beach clean and participation in the annual Family Fun Day.
